PLANNING DEPARTMENT & PLANNING COMMISSION CONDITIONS:
1. The proposed development shall meet the minimum recreation and open space requirements of
the 2045 Comprehensive Plan.
2. A traffic study shall be undertaken by the developer upon PUD verification. The methodology
of the study shall be determined by the developer’s Traffic Engineer, The Chief of the
Transportation Planning (or their designee), and the Chief of Traffic Engineering (or their
designee).
3. All roadways shall be privately maintained by property owners in accordance with Sec. 654.111
of the Ordinance Code.
