ORD Auth the Mayor, or His Designee, to Execute an Economic Dev Agrmt btwn the City & Avion MF Partners, LLC, to Support the Dev by Developer of an ±320-Unit Apartment Community Generally on Duval Rd, N of I-295 & W of Biscayne Blvd, in the City; Auth a 75%, 15-Yr REV Grant in the Max Amt Not to Exceed $7,500,000 in Connection with the Proj; Designating the OED as Contract Monitor for the Agrmt; Prov for City Oversight of the Proj by the OED; Auth the Execution of All Docs Relating to the Above Agrmts & Transactions, & Auth Technical Changes to the Docs; Prov a Deadline for the Developer to Execute the Agrmt After it is Delivered to the Developer; Waiver of those Portions of the Public Investment Policy Adopted by Ord 2022-372-E, as Amended, Which Would Require that in Order for a Proj to Receive a REV Grant the Developer Must be in a Targeted Industry & Create 10 New FT Jobs at Greater than or Equal to 100% of the State of FL Average Wage (Sawyer) (Req of Mayor)
